Basic course (two-day)
This seminar will cover the fundamental basis on laboratory technique, bonding a re-bonding procedure, treatment sequence and archwire selection for non-extraction and extraction cases, Shiding and Frictionless mechanics.
This course combines lectures, computer presentation, video and archwire bending exercises.
A syllabus will be provided to each participant.
This two-day basic course will be held on January of each year.

Laboratory procedure demonstration (half-day)
This demonstration will be made by the technicians of the European Lingual Orthodontic Service laboratory (ELOS) which is the leader of lingual orthodontic laboratory procedure in Europe since 1987.
Assistance at Chair (half-day)
The participant assists Didier Fillion at chair during activation appointments
Bonding procedure will be demonstrated.

2-2nd degree : 4 days in july

Advanced course
The first Advanced seminar will detail:
- Up-to date laboratory procedure
- Up-to date bonding procedure
- Individualized laboratory prescription
- Computerized archwire template
- How to get space: Lower incisor advancement and enamel reduction
- Anchorage control
- Transversal control
- Torque control
Assistance at Chair
The participant assists Doctor Fillion at chair during one day.
More than 20 patients at all stages of treatment will be seen in clinics and discussed.
Diagnosis and Clinical Aid
After the first course, we will encourage and help you to start cases as soon as possible. Two days (one on July, one on December) will be devoted to study and follow the progression of your cases (with models, x-rays and pictures).
3-3rd degree : 4 days in december
Advanced course
The second Advanced course will detail:
- Treatment and archwire sequences for Open-Bite cases,
- Surgical cases, Impacted cuspid cases and difficult cases
- Finishing sequence
- De-bonding and retention
- Management : How to integrate lingual orthodontics into labial practise

2-day Basic course with archwire bending exercises
(same program as the Basic course of the one-year program).
Program:
The course goals are to demonstrate all the steps of a lingual treatment: laboratory procedure, bonding and re-bonding, treatment archwire sequences for extraction and non-extraction cases, shiding mechanics, Frictionless mechanics, anchorage control and torque control.
The cost of this course includes the material for the archwire bending exercises-except pliers- and lunches during the first two days.
